What changes the price
Roof area, foam type, how firmly it has bonded, access to the roof space and how much repair is needed afterwards all matter. Open-cell tends to differ from closed-cell in effort.
Why we survey first
A survey lets us quote from real measurements. Typical houses often run to several thousand pounds, but we give a written figure only after seeing the roof.
